Delete your Hypha account

In the app

1. Open Hypha and tap the Profile button at the top.
2. Scroll down to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You’re signed out and your data is removed.

Without the app

Write to hello@hyphanotes.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: email, name and sign-in details.
• All your notes, photos, topics, links and their reasons on our servers.
• On the device you delete from, the notes saved there.

Nothing is kept. Backup files you saved yourself stay wherever you saved them. OpenAI may hold note text it processed for a limited time (normally up to 30 days) before deleting it.
